OUR RETURNS POLICY

  • ONLINE PURCHASES: All full price and reduced merchandise that is unworn and in its original condition can be returned to our online store for a full refund or credit note within 14 working days of delivery.
  • Returns will be accepted on any faulty or wrongly described merchandise, provided the goods are returned within 14 working days of purchase.
  • All items must be returned by mail to receive refund or credit note.

BY POST

  • Customers are responsible for all return postage costs for change of mind returns and exchanges. If you are returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrectly described item, we will refund all associated return packaging and postage costs.
  • To return your order by post send it back to the below address along with the item(s) you wish to return within 14 days of delivery.
  • Please ensure your return parcel is securely packaged and both sender’s address and GLAMI GLAM online return address are clearly displayed on the outside of the parcel. To avoid delivery problems, we encourage sending your return back by registered post.
  • Please allow 14 business days from the day your parcel is delivered, for your return to be processed and your refund or credit note. Once your return has been processed you will be notified by email provided with your original online order. Slight delays to return processing may be experienced during busy sale and promotional periods.
